Your order cannot be completed if:

• The billing address you provide does not match the information provided by your credit card company
• The email address you provide is not valid.

Please carefully check the information you've provided before submitting your order.

Orders must be placed before 5pm, in order to pick-up tickets the following day.

"Any-Day" Discount Tickets or "Weekday" Discount Tickets for SAME-Day visits may not be purchased on-line.

*Pre-purchased tickets are not refundable.

*You must have your ETICKET/Order Receipt to pickup tickets. Ticket orders will be available for pickup at the Will Call Office (the first building on the right after you enter the main gate)

*All information you provide must be accurate for us to process your order. Inaccurate or missing information may cause delays in your order processing.

*A $2.00 handling fee will be added to all orders.

Pioneer Waterland reserves the right to refuse the use of certain facilities and/or close the entire park without prior notice due to inclement weather conditions or low attendance based on the management's sole discretion without refund or weatherchecks.
